Constraints and what they tell you

Constraints at work are for real and will never go away. There will never be enough resources, enough budget, enough demand - however big or small you are.
How you approach a task knowing that there are constraints says a lot about you. And one can say there are three kinds here:
1) One who always bickers about constraints and states that they could have done a better job but for this or but for that.
2) One who understands the real world and has a positive approach towards these challenges and gives it all. The outcome may or may not be great, but full marks for effort.
Let's get one more fact straight - no one cares about your constraints. All they care about is what you have brought to the table and judgement can be brutal.
3) And so we also have one who can think of creative solutions to navigate through these constraints and come up with something great.
Think of all the different tasks you do and where is it that you consistently get great outcomes despite limitations, this is where your personal career compass should be pointed.
