Don't let the format filter you

This post is for folks who have always landed in the top-middle percentile. Never been top of class, but have always been a good kid. Worked diligently and did not try short cuts.

Just because you could not figure out how to navigate a test within a space of time, it doesn't give the liberty for someone to judge what you can or can't do. Your career is too important for it to be managed by others.

Don't let a man-made format underwhelm your true talent. Don't let the filtering system decide where you should belong. If you truly care for something, there are plenty of ways to get you into the game. There are plenty of people who will see that you care and open doors for you.

But you must care.

And once you get into the game - you go tiger!
