So what do you do?

I work with business leaders in the space of organization effectiveness. I listen to their strategy and work with them to identify and resolve issues that are slowing the organization down. In the process, I help them articulate their strategy internally. And finally, if they have budgets, create customized experiential programs that leads to genuine mind shifts.

Sounds like you make CEO's look good, why do you then live in a village in Goa?

You mean why am I not a multi-millionaire myself? :)

Every good doctor does not necessarily own a big hospital.
