What do you see when you pee?

I work out of a charming co-working space based out of Goa and amongst many things here, one aspect that is awesome are the many cool signs that are posted everywhere - including in the washrooms. And as I go about relieving myself, here are a few samples of what I see:
"Flushing will not cause any injuries. Not flushing however..."
"#1 or #2, please make sure to flush your ewww"
"We aim to please, will you aim too please?"
They positively give me the giggles every single time. It strikes me that these signs are telling me about something so basic and everyday, but I don't have a problem seeing them stare at my face. On the contrary, these are pleasant reminders for a pre-occupied mind.
Why would I then have a problem if the CEO wants to keep telling me where we want to go and how we intend to get there? Why don't I then see the signs around me all the time and why should this wait for an annual occasion? If something as quotidian as taking a piss has signs, why doesn't something as important as strategy have signs?
There is a very simple reason for this - CEO's don't realize the importance of these daily signs because they think that the information in their heads is obvious and doesn't need explaining. Far from it, we must learn that something very obvious also needs daily reminders - preferably with a dash of humor. "Men to the left, because women are always right".
